We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping for Australian orders with a purchase over $79.00 AUD. 

SHIPPING TO : Canada, United States, Australia & New Zealand.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship too at this point of time. If you happen to be from one of those countries. We look forward to connecting with you in the future.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

Stevie Jayne are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. Stevie Jayne does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. Please contact the carrier. Unfortunately, Stevie Jayne are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.

Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.

CUSTOMS:

Depending on the value of your order may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected shipping charges at your end. There may be some delays in customs, which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays. Please note Stevie Jayne does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. Please kindly note that if you declined to pay your countries custom fees, the parcel will be returned back to our Processing Facility and a store credit will be issued. Any fees charged to Stevie Jayne for the return shipment will be deducted from your credit note.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE?

 You can track the status. If you are unable to access the status of your order, please contact us and we'll get back to you ASAP.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
