Returns Policy

Please read through our returns policy & refund policy. Take your time to understand the following below, as you are agreeing to this when you purchase with us.

Order Cancellation:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Stevie Jayne Packing Team are super-fast and efficient in processing customer orders. So, you can receive your parcel faster. If you have double ordered (the same product/s). Your order will be shipped out before Customer Care can attend to this. If you have received your double order- Simply proceed to our Returns Info. If an in-stock item is purchased with a Pre-order item, the order will be placed on hold and shipped out together once the Pre-order item has arrived. Pre-orders can NOT be cancelled once made.

Exchanges:

Please ensure you get the correct size by checking the size guide, material and care information. The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages or Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our Quality Assurance team carefully inspect all items before sending them to you. They are carefully tagged, folded and packaged with love. All surfaces are disinfected, correct measurements are in placed to ensure the safety for you and your items.

If the product/item is confirmed to have defective, we will provide you with a replacement, refund or store credit. We will require that you return the faulty or defective item back to Stevie Jaynes given address, by post at our expense. We will contact you with further information regarding this process to follow. You may be instructed to dispose of the faulty/defective item.

Please note that we may not be able to offer an exchange or replacement on some products if there is no longer stock available.

Where an item has been damaged through misuse, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Return Policy:

To request a return, please read the below first to ensure you are meet the following requirements. If you believe an item you’ve purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item. Then, head over to the “Contact Us” page and title the inquiry “Lodge A Return”, with clear images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 30days of receiving your order.

Once you have successfully submitted your return request. We will contact you with details to return your item(s) back to us.

Please keep in mind that returns are usually processed with 5 business days of receipt and you’ll receive an email from our customer service team once it’s been completed.

Accepted Refunds for the following:

Items are in their original condition.

Items are in their original packaging.

Tags remain attached to garments.

Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

 

Declined Refunds for Returns for the following:

Products received in a condition other than its original state of condition.

Products with sizing tags, logo tag or paper tags unattached/ removed.

Products that are marked or damaged. Example: Make-up, fake tan lines, pierced jewellery or deodorant.etc.

Products purchased during a promotional sale period. Marked down or final sale items.

Items such as beauty products due to health and hygiene reasons.

Products that appear to be worn, or have odour such as; perfume, smoke, deodorant.

Products received without authorisation.

Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed to have major fault by our customer care department. This including instances where a style didn’t suit you, didn’t fit how you wanted or expected it to.

We cannot Refund Gift Cards.

Sale items are final purchases. 

If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address). If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Stevie Jayne Processing Facility, and the Cost of Re- Shipping MUST be covered by the customer.

Arrived later than you expected due to shipping carries. Unfortunately, Stevie Jayne are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.

Our Returns team has the right to refuse any returned item(s) that does not meet the original condition. If this was to occur, the return item will not be sent back to the customer. So please check if your item meets the listed above requirements for a return, before contacting us to return your item.

Returns for a store credit refund are to be inspected in person by staff. Images of the item does not pass the guidelines. As listed above factors that must be checked.

Our return policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Any returns must be made at your own cost. To be eligible for a return please obtain your proof of purchase for your item. Arrange return tracking on your item, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Stevie Jayne. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered return parcels. Any orders returned back to our Processing Facility as undeliverable will be processed as a return.

Please kindly note that if you declined to pay your countries custom fees, the parcel will be returned back to our Processing Facility and a store credit will be issued. Any fees charged to Stevie Jayne for the return shipment will be deducted from your credit note.

Refunds:

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective. Just let us know, and we will provide a return address and a replacement/ or store credit refund.

All refunded orders will be issued with a store credit at the value of the item paid, not including shipping. Online credit notes are valid for 12months of refunded date. Bank account refunds are only valid to Australian customers that paid with Afterpay.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded either by store credit or refund if payment was associated with Afterpay. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control. e.g. providing the wrong shipping address. Please double check your information before processing it.

  • Please note that Stevie Jayne does not operate on public holidays.
  • If you received a sale email or discount code or promotional discounts. All have an expiry date.
  • If you purchased from Stevie Jayne and the following day we have a Sale promotion. We can not refund you to the sale promotion price. You may subscribe to our emails and click them for notifications on your iphone or email account to be alerted when we email you, to not miss out. Emails typically have promotions and sales. We are not responsible if you miss a promotional sale/ date.
  • We receive a high volume of emails and we will contact back as soon as we can. We are not responsible for anything that may occur, if you are awaiting for an immediate response. Please have patience and do not abuse staff.
  • Stevie Jayne does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. Please contact the carrier.
  • Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.
  • Please note these transit times are estimates only.
  • There may be some delays in customs, which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays.
  • Please note Stevie Jayne does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees.
